Ninjas

To make this shape, I created a star shape and selected each of the outer endpoints, or all the anchors on the outside using the Direction Selection Tool while pressing Shift key. After I had them selected, I rotated them with the rotate tool then clicked one of the outer points and dragged them. I could notice it begins to rotate those outside points. After that, I created a circle in the centre that’s a black fill with a silver stroke.
